About our foam

We use the same type of foam that is in your regular sofa. We are CertiPUR-US® certified which means our polyurethane foam is made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP and TCEP flame retardants, heavy metals, mercury and lead, formaldehyde, phthalates regulated by the CPSC, and is low VOC emissions (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Your questions answered

We see kids of ALL ages having SO MUCH FUN playing and creating builds. That being said, we provide a suggested range of 3-7 years old because that is a sweet spot for the kids to get the most years out of it. Older kids continue to use it and make amazing indepedent builds. We don't recommend it for under 3 years old due to federal safety regulations stating the foam and zippers on baby products as choking hazards.

The covers are removable and are machine washable on a cold cycle. Hang to dry overnight.

We ship out orders within 3 business days from Toronto, Canada. Depending on proximity to our warehouse it may arrive in 1 day to 2 weeks.

We post play couch builds regularly on most popular social media channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Facebook) as well as send a "Build of the Month" email.

The kid-sized pieces are small enough for little ones to move around and make builds themselves. Parent-friendly features such as zipper pockets, washable covers and included waterproof liners.
