Shipping Policy

 

All Prices and Shipping Costs listed are in CAD.

Canada

FREE for ground shipping across Canada.

Northern Territories and remote areas are subject to an additional shipping charge of $35 CAD.

United States

We ship FREE to most mainland US states.

Distance areas such as Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to additional shipping charges of $20 CAD.

Mexico

We ship to Mexico. Shipping charges will apply of $35 CAD.

Package

Play couches are compressed for shipping and will arrive in a single rectangle-shaped box. Covers are rolled up inside the foam roll (like sushi). The package is 16x16x36 inches & weighs 34 lbs (15 kg).

Inventory ships from Ontario, Canada.

Shipping Dates

We ship out on Tuesdays & Fridays. Shipping time may be a day or two longer than usual during peak holiday season or sales.

Address Redirect/ Cancellation

If you entered an incorrect address for delivery or request an address change once your order is already in transit, please email: hello@barumbaplay.com. We will attempt to have your package redirected before it ships out but cannot guarantee it will ship to your preferred address.
