About our foam
We use the same type of foam that is in your regular sofa. We are CertiPUR-US® certified which means our polyurethane foam is made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP and TCEP flame retardants, heavy metals, mercury and lead, formaldehyde, phthalates regulated by the CPSC, and is low VOC emissions (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Your questions answered
We see kids of ALL ages having SO MUCH FUN playing and creating builds. That being said, we provide a suggested range of 3-7 years old because that is a sweet spot for the kids to get the most years out of it. Older kids continue to use it and make amazing indepedent builds. We don't recommend it for under 3 years old due to federal safety regulations stating the foam and zippers on baby products as choking hazards.
The covers are removable and are machine washable on a cold cycle. Hang to dry overnight.
We ship out orders within 3 business days from Toronto, Canada. Depending on proximity to our warehouse it may arrive in 1 day to 2 weeks.

How It's Made
We start by sewing our super soft covers, complete with YKK zippers, zipper garages and a strategic handle.
We then sew our waterproof liners that come standard on every cushion because we know accidents happen.
Our foam is then made and precisely cut at our foam manufacturer in Montreal Canada.
We assemble, vacuum seal and pack your play couch before shipping it out to your family.
